How is support at UBC changing?

Now that Workday is live, the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) will be your point of contact for Workday, Finance, and HR related queries, issues, and requests. This means the way you will be supported is changing.

What will change due to the ISC?

  • The ISC is the new point of support for Workday, Finance and HR related queries, issues, and requests (with some exceptions).
  • The ISC is responsible for maintaining and sustaining Workday in an integrated fashion with IT, Finance and HR.
  • The IT Self-Service portal has become the 'UBC Self-Service portal' and will include access to Workday related support (e.g., self-serve knowledge base, submitting a ticket, or request access).

What won’t change due to the ISC?

You will still be able to access the following services for your usual support:

  • IT Service Centre
  • LT Hub
  • Central HR for confidential queries
  • Departmental administrator support
  • Administrative support
  • SalesForce application support
  • Facilities support
  • Campus security
  • Other services not related to the Workday application or Workday support
