Recruitment for the Integrated Service Centre has begun!

What is the ISC?

As part of the Integrated Renewal Program (IRP), the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) is a new unit within UBC that will focus on sustaining and enhancing Workday and providing user support to UBC students, faculty and staff, in conjunction with human resources, finance, and in future, Enrolment Services.

The ISC is now hiring!

It’s an exciting time on the program as we are gearing up to start posting job opportunities for the ISC.

Some of the opportunities available within the ISC include roles in application sustainment, change and communications, product management, continuous improvement, and service centre management.

You can expect to see ISC job postings on the UBC job board in the coming months.

The first grouping of roles were posted at the end of April, and included two senior manager positions within the ISC:

  1. Senior Manager, Change and Communications
  2. Senior Manager, Service Centre

The second group of roles will be posted at the end of May, with the third in mid-June.
