Workday is launched and the Integrated Service Centre (ISC) is ready and here to help.
The ISC is your point of contact for Workday related questions, issues and requests. If necessary, the ISC can also connect you with other support teams around the university as needed.
You can access ISC support via:
- the new UBC Self-Service portal to search the online knowledge base or submit and track a ticket
- phone for urgent matters, you can call 604-822-8200 (UBCV) or 250-807-8163 (UBCO)
The ISC has a Support Guide Cheat Sheet with guidelines for accessing support, contact details and common examples of where to get support from key groups at UBC.
Additional support is in place as we all transition to Workday and learn new ways of working together:
- Workday Go-Live resource page where you can access checklists, cheat sheets, frequently asked questions and other material to help understand key actions in the first week of Workday and beyond.
- Learning Rover Office Hours are available to address Workday questions and to support basic tasks like setting up delegations and notifications.
- Transition activities and information about access legacy systems (HRMS, FMS and PAT) are also available.
