The ISC provides personalized, day-to-day support for UBC faculty, staff, and student employees who use Workday as an employee (i.e. view pay, update personal information) or as part of their job (i.e. purchase goods, submit grades, run reports, post a job).
Our role is to help UBC employees with how to do things in Workday, including troubleshooting issues. Inquiries about what to do in Workday should go to the respective operational department (e.g. Central HR) or your Faculty/unit administrators.
Support for Workday Student: Faculty and staff can submit a Workday Student support request or email isc.support@ubc.ca if they need help with Workday Student or a related system, or to request support on behalf of a student. See below for more information about student support.
