The Integrated Service Centre (ISC) is currently testing a chatbot that can make it easier for faculty, staff, and student employees to quickly find information about Workday and additional resources.
The ISC chatbot is available 24/7 from the Workday Knowledge Base homepage (CWL required). It provides quick answers to common Workday questions and helps easily find relevant guidance from the Workday Knowledge Base. The chatbot supports Workday Finance, HR, Payroll, and general questions, but does not support Workday Student or other student systems.
Note: The chatbot is not integrated with Workday and cannot process transactions.
As a supplementary support tool, the chatbot does not replace Workday support provided by ISC employees. Faculty, staff, and student employees are encouraged use existing ISC support channels for day-to-day support and complex inquiries.
The ISC Chatbot is powered by Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and learns from ongoing use. Your interactions and feedback help improve the experience over time.
Privacy Notice
Limited personal information, such as your name, email, and employee type, will be collected, as permitted under the authority of section 26(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). This helps the ISC to verify your identity and improve our services. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, such as your Social Insurance Number (SIN) or financial information, when using the chatbot. By using the chatbot, you agree to the terms of use as outlined in the ISC Chatbot Disclaimer and Terms.
